Mrs. Worth, 4th grade teacher, had a basement problem this summer so she had to clean it out. In a box were 7 penguin golf head covers for golf clubs leftover from a business of her husbands. Mrs. Worth brought them to school and penguins became the stars of Room 236. Students in Mrs. Worth's class became writers and set designers! Lindsey Ortiz, and a crew of great writers, wrote a script for a play. Lacie Bailes and a crew of set designers made props and sets. The penguins have wardrobes and now students are in the process of naming them. Ever Martinez came up with the idea of "helping penguins." If a student is stuck on something, the student can bring a penguin to his or her desk and someone will come and help them. Penguin puppets are helping the 4th grade learn in Room 236!!
